This is the SAMPLER produced for Custom Chrome (the chrome company for Harley Davidson) in 1990 by Scale Model / Joseph E Ertl Company. It comes in 1/25 scale. The sampler model is very rare and once approved the production started. Only 1 available and it has only been out of the box for this pic. New
