1997 Action Racing Collectibles 1/24 scale diecast metal collectible bank of #3 Piedmont Airlines sponsored 1983 Chevy Monte Carlo raced by Ricky Rudd in 1983. Ricky raced this Piedmont Chevy in the 1983 NASCAR Winston Cup Series for Richard Childress Racing. Probably the last RCR #3 car raced by any driver before Dale Earnhardt took over.Ricky won his first two races in 1983(Riverside and Martinsville) and finished 10th in the final points standings. It's a very rare car with only 3500 produced.
